Zero-Carbon Buildings Become Global Trend, Asia Housing Expo 2027 Builds Full Industrial Chain Display Platform for Green Low-Carbon Buildings

Date:2026-08-05

Driven by global dual-carbon goals, zero-carbon buildings and near-zero energy buildings have become the core development direction of the construction industry. With the continuous implementation of domestic dual-carbon policies and the implementation of the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), the demand for green low-carbon building materials and zero-carbon building technologies is growing rapidly, becoming a new growth pole for the industry. Asia Housing Expo 2027 will focus on creating a green low-carbon building exhibition area, concentrating on displaying the world's leading zero-carbon building technologies and green building material products.

The green low-carbon exhibition area of this year's expo covers full industrial chain products: zero-carbon building overall solutions, recyclable building materials, BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics), energy-saving doors, windows and curtain walls, high-performance thermal insulation materials, low-carbon coatings, rainwater recovery systems, smart energy management systems, building carbon footprint calculation services, etc., fully displaying low-carbon technological achievements in the construction field.

Concurrently, the Green Low-Carbon Building Development Summit will be held, inviting industry experts, benchmark low-carbon building enterprises, and international certification bodies to share technical paths, policy standards, and overseas market compliance requirements of zero-carbon buildings, helping enterprises cope with global carbon tariff challenges. Relying on the international buyer resources of Asia Housing Expo, low-carbon building materials and zero-carbon building technologies are also key categories of concern for international purchasers, and more overseas green building procurement delegations are expected to attend for docking in the 2027 edition.
