From May 8th to 10th, 2025, the CIHIE 2025 was grandly held at the Poly World Trade Center Expo in Guangzhou. Centered around three core themes—"Digital-Intelligent Construction, Leading the Industry", "Green Prefabrication, Intelligent Manufacturing for the Future", and "Intelligent Construction, Steel Leading the Future"—this expo was held in conjunction with specialized exhibitions such as the Intelligent Construction Exhibition, Green Building Exhibition, and Steel Structure Exhibition during the same period. Together, they built a full-industry-chain platform covering nearly 40,000 square meters, spanning three key tracks: housing industrialization, infrastructure intelligence, and home furnishing digitalization, and creating a one-stop platform for technology transformation, standard co-construction, and overseas output. The CIHIE 2025 gathered 532 leading industry brands from around the world and attracted 86,000 professional visitors, among whom 21% were overseas merchants from 107 countries and regions. The total on-site signing amount reached 86.6 billion yuan, setting a new record in the history of the expo.

Strolling through the exhibition hall, the cutting-edge achievements in the residential industry, such as green prefabrication, technological intelligent manufacturing, and digital design, are showcased in a splendid array: Green prefabricated houses, leveraging eco-friendly materials and efficient construction technologies, have significantly shortened the construction cycle; MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) buildings enable flexible space combinations to meet diverse needs in cultural tourism, commerce, self-built housing, and other fields; Whole-house intelligent systems, photovoltaic energy-saving equipment, and five-constant (constant temperature, humidity, cleanliness, air velocity, and noise level) mechanical and electrical systems have enhanced the "core technology content" of residential buildings; The iterative upgrading of green building materials has made buildings more energy-efficient and comfortable; Integrated design and BIM technology have realized precise and creative design, while digital management covers the entire controllable process of construction...

Intelligent construction deeply empowers the development of "quality housing”: Robots building quality housing • The construction robot exhibition zone showcases live demonstrations of ten key processes, including steel bar binding, concrete vibration and leveling, wall decoration, floor construction, and exterior wall spraying, improving construction efficiency by 30%.China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) presents over 100 intelligent construction achievements in its 2,314-square-meter exhibition area, covering the entire industrial chain from digital design and intelligent equipment to low-carbon technologies. The Guangzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has signed a digital housing and urban construction agreement with iFlytek and China Mobile, focusing on "digital housing" and "digital engineering" to drive urban transformation through the new urban construction engine.

The achievements of the Belt and Road cooperation are remarkable: landmark projects covering 57 countries across Asia, Europe, and Africa, such as Egypt's New Administrative Capital and Malaysia's Innovia, have been signed and implemented. These projects adopt Chinese intelligent design and modular construction technologies to integrate with local needs. Central enterprises like China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) and China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) have signed projects covering infrastructure and intelligent equipment sectors, demonstrating the "Chinese construction + global market" cooperation model. Through technology transformation and joint standard development, this exhibition helps enhance the international competitiveness of China's construction industry and provides full-industry-chain solutions for rural revitalization, cultural and tourism upgrading, and urban renewal.
