In recent years, with the increase of global natural disasters, public health events and other emergencies, as well as the growing demand for public service facility construction, the demand for emergency buildings and modular public service facilities continues to rise. Modular buildings, with their advantages of fast construction speed, reusability, controllable cost, and flexible deployment, have become the preferred solution for scenarios such as emergency resettlement, public health, education and medical care, and temporary offices.
Asia Housing Expo 2027, relying on the resources of co-located prefabricated building exhibitions, will focus on displaying full-scene modular building solutions for emergency and public service fields. The exhibits cover emergency resettlement houses, modular hospitals, mobile laboratories, emergency command pods, modular schools, temporary office buildings, mobile police stations, emergency material storage cabins, etc., fully covering various needs of emergency management and public services.
Concurrently, the expo will host the Emergency Construction and Public Service Facility Development Forum, inviting emergency management department representatives, public service institution leaders, and modular building enterprises to share construction standards, reserve systems, and application cases of emergency buildings. A government procurement docking zone will be set up to build a docking platform for government agencies, emergency management departments and enterprises, helping the standardized development of the emergency construction industry.
