The 18th China Int'l Integrated Housing Industry & Building Industrialization Expo (Asia Housing Expo 2026) successfully concluded in Guangzhou in May 2026, delivering strong results across exhibition scale, international participation and transaction volume.
The 2026 edition covered a total exhibition area of 25,000 square meters, with nearly 400 exhibitors from home and abroad. It attracted 82,000 professional visits, among which international buyers accounted for 30%, representing 114 countries and regions across Asia, Europe, Africa, the Americas and Oceania. The number of overseas group delegations increased significantly compared to the previous edition, with large procurement teams from Russia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa leading the international attendance.
On-site results were outstanding: total intended transaction volume reached RMB 78 billion, with cross-border intended orders accounting for over 30% of the total. Key highlights included a RMB 1.2 billion centralized procurement intention from the Russian National Association of Builders, and a 3,000-unit modular hotel project order from a Middle East enterprise.
Exhibitor feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with over 90% of participating companies reporting that they met or exceeded their expected business goals. The expo's growing international influence has made it the most important platform for Chinese building enterprises to explore overseas markets, and for global buyers to source high-quality Chinese construction products.
